EAS & Associates
Elizabeth Saghi, Principal of EAS & Associates, Inc.,
has over 20 years of experience in investor relations and
capital markets consulting. Prior to founding EAS & Associates,
Elizabeth was a Senior Associate at FRB/Weber Shandwick in
San Francisco where she implemented and managed comprehensive
IR programs for clients in diverse industries, such as software,
consumer products, medical devices, basic materials, banks
and REITs. Elizabeth has lived and worked on three continents
where she was involved in international equity sales for
major Wall Street firms such as Morgan Stanley, Donaldson,
Lufkin and Jenrette, Banque Paribas and Hambrecht & Quist
and has extensive relationships with institutional portfolio
managers and analysts worldwide. While in London, Elizabeth
was responsible for marketing equities and research to European
and Middle Eastern portfolio managers and analysts. She
traveled extensively in both regions introducing potential
investors to company management and raising private equity
capital. Elizabeth holds a BS degree
from Boston University. She is a member of the Board
of Directors of National Association of Women Business Owners
(NAWBO) – Santa Barbara and a member of National Investor
Relations Institute (NIRI) – Los
Angeles.

Pamela B. Roberts
PBR Company
Pamela Roberts, Principal
of PBR Company, with more than 20 years experience in industry
and market research, strategic planning, market and financial
analysis, and investor communications, focuses on business
positioning and due diligence to efficiently and effectively
apply consistent positioning and messaging across a company’s business planning, marketing/sales,
public relations, investor communications, employee communications,
and board of directors presentations/meetings. Previously,
as Senior Associate and Account Manager in the Financial
Relations Board’s San Francisco Office, Pam managed
account programs and implemented strategic positioning for
companies with emerging products in emerging markets.
Prior to joining the Financial Relations Board, Pam was an
independent Business Analyst and Principal of PBR Company,
Alamo, California, where her work included market research,
financial analysis and sales, including the research and
writing of industry reports. Previous experience includes
the position of Director of Consulting for Infocorp and
Gartner Group, Santa Clara, California, focusing on managing
and executing major consulting projects to understand current
and future demand, the competitive environment, and return
on investment for technology products manufacturers. Earlier
Pam was a Business Planning Manager at Xebec Corporation,
San Jose, California, and a Securities Analyst at Hambrecht & Quist,
San Francisco, California. Pam’s experience also includes positions in
management consulting at Arthur D. Little, Inc. in San Francisco, and at McKinsey & Company,
Inc. in Los Angeles. Pam holds a B.A. Degree in Sociology from Northwestern University,
Evanston, Illinois and an M.B.A. Degree in Finance from the University of California,
Berkeley. Pam is on the Board of Directors for the
UC Berkeley Haas School of Business Alumni Chapter in the
